The band was formed in the 1992 in Novorossyisk by guitarist Alexey Koshikov and vocalist Andrei Udovichenko. In the mid 90's Cobra recorded some demos and broke up. In the 2008 band members decided to reunite. The current line up is: Alexey Koshikov (guitar), Andrei Udovichenko (vocal), Ivan Koshikov (guitar, keyboards, backing vocals), Evgeniy Levashkin (drums), Yuriy Dolzhenko (bass).
